Guided Mindfulness Meditation to Help You Get Connected
This video is a recording of a short (7 min) guided mindfulness meditation. I recorded it to be used as both an introduction to mindfulness and also as a go-to mindfulness practice which can be used almost anywhere – while you have a break at work, before you have your lunch, when you first wake up, before you go to bed, etc.
The idea with mindfulness meditation is that you should work to incorporate active awareness of yourself and of the world around you throughout your whole day – not just when you are sitting on your meditation cushion.
By integrating a deeper and more conscious awareness into the very fabric of your day, you can start bringing the full creative power of your mind to effect real and meaningful changes, both within your own psyche and physiology, as well as in the vibration and energies of your interactions with others.
